Yearly Project
New year, new programme!
Bear with me while I learn the ropes again!
So, if I told you that we celebrated our 40th year of Write a book Project last June 2025, would you believe me?
Is your school going to participate this year? Have you registered? I need to know how many schools and classes will be taking part by Friday 28th November 2025.
The books will then have to be completed before the February mid-term break 2026 because time will be needed for the books to be brought into Blackrock Education Support Centre to facilitate their being swopped by other schools to be read by children. Once the books have been read and the MERIT pages with positive comments completed, the books need to be returned to the Centre so that they can be collected by the schools from which they originated.
Don't worry if this sounds very complicated, I promise that it is not!! Emails will be sent regularly updating you and your schools as to what the next steps will be.
